Returns & Refunds

At Feminist Flare, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at feministflare@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

We’ll review the issue and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Sizing

Because our apparel is made to order, choosing the correct size is important. Please review the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering. We generally cannot offer replacements or refunds when the incorrect size was ordered.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
